The Wonderful Wrap

I realized that I hadn’t posted about that great wrap I was planning to make. I made it up last Saturday for lunch. It was better than I thought it would be!

I used a spinach and herb wrap, tiny bit of mayo, avocado, tomato, baby romaine, alfalfa, and feta cheese.

I just layered it all up and wrapped it up.

It was sooooo good! I managed to achieve just the right amount of everything to create a perfect balance of flavors. And it was possibly the most filling veggie wrap I’ve made in a while. This would make an amazing lunch for Thursday. I just have to take the time to make it on a Wednesday night and somehow keep the avocado from going brown overnight.

  1. Try rubbing lemon on the cut avocado, on all the exposed surfaces, to keep it from going brown! 😉

    Looks delicious by the way. I loooove spinach tortillas, mmm.

    1. I will have to try that. I usually just dump lemon juice on it but then it picks up too much lemon.
      It was amazing! I love it when a plan works out perfectly. And I am so glad I got those wraps, I’m hooked!
