If there is a way to make the Apocalypse funny, Neil Gaiman and Terry Prachett are the guys you want writing that book! This book is wonderful! The way they twist so many things. Aziraphale and Crowley are great characters. I love how they portray Crowley (a demon) as someone who just doesn’t want to do good things, instead of constantly trying to do evil. One thing I really enjoyed was when they both unfold their wings and the comment is made that their wings look the same, but demons’ wings are usually better groomed.
Starting things off with the Anti-Christ going to the wrong parents and the other parents still think they are raising the Anti-Christ was great! Then there’s the crazy search to find the Anti-Christ and that takes most of the book. Of course in that time Armageddon is getting ready to begin. The ending is absolutely wonderful and completely unexpected from how it starts out. It is a wonderfully hilarious book that everyone should read!
