Frustrated does not begin to describe…

I have been reading Mrs. Dalloway for over a week now and I’m barely past the halfway point!  I wanted to be working on my next book by now to stay on track for finishing this challenge.  Also I need to be done with whatever I’m reading by next Friday so I can be completely absorbed in Ghost Story.  I’ve started listening to Eragon in the car so I can stay on track.  I just hope Ghost Story goes by quickly.
I know it’ll go quicker than Mrs. Dalloway though.  I think part of the problem is in her writing style.  At times it’s stream of conscious, and the punctuation is really strange.  Also the way it just flows from one character to the next can throw me off sometimes.  Hopefully I’ll finish it soon and have a full review posted.

  1. I hear you. I started reading A Prayer for Owen Meany and I’m having a hell of a time getting into it. Mainly because Owen always TALKS IN CAPS and that drives me insane. I keep thinking he’s shouting, all the time.
