Plan of attack

I’m trying something different for my lunch this week. I’m hoping to kick my fast food habit and get back into eating healthier again. Today I bought some honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon, and strawberries and some grilled chicken from Whole Foods. When I got it home I evenly divided it up for the next four days so it’s ready to go. I love having fresh fruit and chicken on Saturdays, so I figure why not try it for lunch this week? Well, for lunch leading up to Friday. It’s still Lent, so I’m having something Amy’s on Friday.

I’m sorry if this seems to be turning into a bit of a food blog. But that’s what I’m focusing on right now in trying to make my life healthier and greener. Eating healthy and green is a really important thing that everyone should be doing. It’s better for your wallet and waistline. And it’s one of the easiest ways to show businessmen and women what we want on the shelves. But I’ll go on about that later. 😉
